Ali and Ali set their hearts on a romantic Polhawn Fort wedding Cornwall. This venue is absolutely breathtaking with its views across Whitesand Bay Cornwall, they are simply stunning. I have photographed weddings at Polhawn Fort many times and I never tire of this venue, every wedding is so very different here as the weather changes, whilst its amazing if you have a bright sunny day, an overcast day also throws a different light onto the sea which in turn can create stunning dramatic backdrops for photographs.

Ali and Ali were wed on a particularly sunny day so they were lucky enough to hold their ceremony outside. The wedding was so laid back and relaxed and I had a ton of fun photographing guests having a lovely time I even went in for a paddle. There were a few brave people who went in for a full on swim…crazy loons! But how much fun and what a day to remember. I drove home along the cliff top looking out over the sea thinking….how lucky am I, this is my job.
