Rustic Colehayes Park Wedding

Karen and Nathaniels rustic DIY wedding at Colehayes Park Devon
What a fab time of year for a rustic Colehayes Park wedding. I absolutely love an autumn wedding, the colours, the light, pumpkins and the cosy feeling when you are tucked up inside a candle lit venue. Karen and Nathaniel went all out on DIY, the decor was incredible and what was lovely about it was that friends and family had all helped. Nathaniels granny spent most of the year by the looks of things making fabric pumpkins, dried bundles of flowers everywhere and a bouquet to die for. Karen and Nathaniel were the loveliest of couples, they wanted a relaxed documentary approach to their wedding day, which is just my style. It was such a joy to be part of the day, there were a ton of characters to photograph and a day filled to the brim with love and laughter and creative wonderfulness.

I hope you love what you see, my work is all about capturing emotions and memories. I’m looking for relaxed natural moments when I am shooting and like to let things happen natural. That being said I do like to have a few moments with you as a couple, I don’t want to take you away from the party for a long time but about 20minutes or so just to get some lovely portraits of the two of you. Rest assured I will make it as pain free as possible, I hate having my own picture taken so I know how difficult it can be. We do lots of walking and chatting and no cheesing into camera. Head over to my contact page and drop me an email about your plans, I would love to hear from you.
