Uphill Farm Walled Garden Wedding Photographer – a stylish garden venue

I had the pleasure of being an Uphill Farm Wedding Photographer for Charlotte and Nick. The couple had originally booked a summer wedding in Italy but due to Covid restrictions half their guests wouldn’t be able to attend, they couldn’t imagine a wedding without all their friends and family so they changed locations and found the wonderful Uphill Farm and Walled Garden on Dartmoor and rearranged their wedding in 5 weeks!

Charlotte and Nick were married under a floral arch in the garden in which Uncle Richard conducted a lighthearted and intimate ceremony.

A mass of colourful confetti was thrown and the celebrations commenced. I love the planting detail at Uphill Farm, the walled garden is stunning along with the wilder areas around the outside and a view to die for. It has to be one of my favourite new venues of 2021!

Charlotte the owner at Uphill Farm provided incredible rustic sharing platters of antipasti, picanha beef, panzanella and seasonal vegetables and a summer fruit pavlova for desert. I got to sample some too…it did not disappoint!

Dancing a merriment carried on way into the night, everything from sea shanties, garden games, DJ’s and an epic first dance to ‘I believe in a thing called love’ by the Darkness.
