A rustic walled garden celebration for foodies at Uphill Walled Garden, Dartmoor, Devon

I can’t tell you how excited I get when I’m at an Uphill Farm Wedding. The walled garden is exquisite and the food is to die for. I think that’s what makes this venue so special, its all about the food. Fire cooked feasts are their speciality, as well as beautiful sharing boards of homemade charcuterie…its just delish! B&J had their Summer wedding celebration at Uphill, it was an incredible day of fun, food and a lot of dancing! The day started near by where the girls were getting ready along with close family and then moved over to the beautiful stone wedding barn for their I do’s. Short and sweet with a few emotional tears and that was that MR and MRS…hurrah! The guests head over to the walled garden to a delicious selection of handmade canapés and champagne. I took a few moments with the couple to get some portraits, the view is pretty special at the farm, you can see for miles on a clear day and the light is wonderful. We walked around to the walled garden and the couple were welcomed with a confetti tunnel, it’s a great way to make your entrance! The day was full of fun and laughter, I loved being part of this very special day, I felt like a guest, it was so relaxed and the Uphill Farm team looked after me so well as they always do!
